We are committed to making your transition to Mississippi State smooth and successful. Our team works with you to evaluate credits, create academic plans, and connect you with resources that help you build on your previous experience.
CFR Student Ambassadors
Graduate Students
Our M.S. and Ph.D. programs in Forestry, Wildlife, Fisheries, and Aquaculture, and Sustainable Bioproducts prepare students for careers in academia, industry, and public service. Graduate students work closely with faculty to address real world environmental and resource management challenges locally and globally.

Scholarships
We are proud to offer a range of scholarships to help our students succeed. The General Scholarship Application is open October 1st – March 1st. The priority deadline is for incoming freshmen December 1 and for transfer students it is March 1.
Student Organizations
CFR student organizations provide opportunities for leadership, service, and professional development. Groups like CFR Dean’s Council, CFR Ambassadors, Society of American Foresters, and Xi Sigma Pi help students build skills outside the classroom.
